Deposit Policy

Consultation

$100 non-refundable consultation deposit is required at the time of booking. The $100 deposit will be credited towards your procedure cost, if you choose to do so on the same day. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you will lose $100 deposit and will require a new deposit to be paid before rescheduling your next appointment

Procedure Appointment

We require a $100 deposit to schedule and secure your procedure appointment. This deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking and will be applied towards your final balance at the time of the appointment. Please note that $100 is only a deposit for the appointment and that the procedure cost varies based on the procedure type and amount of product used. The actual cost of the procedure will be discussed and due at the time of the appointment after the provider’s initial evaluation. Rescheduling & Cancellations

A 24 hour reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to due so will result in the loss of your deposit. We encourage you to contact us directly by phone or text at (929) 508-1313 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please avoid contacting us via social media for cancellation and rescheduling.

If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 24 hour notice, please provide us with a medical letter and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.

By booking any appointment with us you acknowledge that you understand and agree with our policies. You also acknowledge that this is a elective cosmetic procedure that you may decline at any time.
